1. Bringing Micro-Markets to Apartment Buildings
Micro-markets are more than a break room solution. They are small stores perfect for many spaces. That now includes Orlando apartment buildings. In 2022, we installed our first micro-market in a luxury apartment complex. Our team worked closely with the client to meet their needs. Now, residents can buy snacks, fresh food, and beverages whenever they want! This was a milestone event. We gained new insights into working with other apartment and condo complexes. 2. Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machines for the Tastiest Coffee
Who doesn’t love a fresh cup of coffee? At Gator Refresh, we’ve increased our focus on our Orlando office coffee service. To that end, we purchased 30 bean-to-cup coffee brewers to offer to new clients. Bean-to-cup coffee machines are great for coffee lovers. Forget about cold, stale coffee. By grinding whole beans on the spot, coffee is as fresh as possible. Because the coffee is made fresh on the spot, there is also less waste. Now, that’s a win! Plus, our bean-to-cup machines offer more than plain coffee. From lattes to espressos, everyone can have their favorite drink.
3. Modern Shopping Experiences
Our Orlando customers are smart, modern consumers. That’s why we aim to create state-of-the-art shopping experiences. To do so, we are always focused on learning about new solutions. Recently, our leadership team went to Cantaloupe University for the first time. Cantaloupe software has a lot to offer! Mainly, it will help us deliver original solutions. That means our customers can enjoy a better experience. Just imagine! New cashless payment options and rewards programs are just a few perks. We’re excited about the new possibilities for our break room solutions.
4. Even Safer Shopping at Micro-Markets
Now shopping at our Orlando micro-markets is safer than ever. This year, we installed new theft-deterrent systems in many of our open markets. The systems are powered by Panoptyc. The new technology makes it easy to watch micro-markets from afar. We’re not stopping there! We’re always exploring and adopting new technology. Providing a great customer-centric experience is our number one goal.
5. Better Customer Service
This year, Gator Refresh hired a sales & marketing position. This has helped us better reach and help new clients. Plus, we have improved our marketing efforts across our services. This has allowed us to focus on increasing sales. We’re glad to be able to help even more companies upgrade their break rooms!
6. More of Your Favorite Snacks
Imagine if your micro-market was magically stocked with your staff’s favorite products. It would be great! That’s exactly what our new AI-powered store-level assortment strategy solution does. By tracking sales, it optimizes product offerings in the micro-market. In other words, it picks the best products for shoppers. For example, we might notice that a few healthy products are selling well. That means we’ll add more of those products to the micro-market. Plus, we’ll add other similar products Orlando customers may like. In other words, we’re focused on increasing customer satisfaction by delivering the products they love!
